Amazing Tutor (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides education productivity tools for homework documents, worksheet cleanup, practice question generation, PDF export, and tutor-related organization.
好補寶（「我們」）提供教育文書工具，包括功課文件整理、工作紙清理、練習題生成、PDF 匯出及導師需求管理。
This notice explains what information may be collected or processed when you use the app and related cloud relay services.
本通知說明你使用 App 及相關雲端中轉服務時，哪些資料可能會被收集或處理。
2. Information We Process / 我們處理的資料
- Account information, such as email address, display name, login method, account role, plan, and quota status. / 帳戶資料，例如電郵、顯示名稱、登入方式、身份、方案及額度狀態。
- Student and document information you enter or import, such as student name, grade, subjects, worksheet images, PDFs, cleaned pages, generated questions, and library records. / 你輸入或匯入的學生及文件資料，例如學生姓名、級別、科目、工作紙圖片、PDF、清理後頁面、生成題目及文件庫紀錄。
- AI request content that you choose to submit, including worksheet images, PDF page images, dictation source text, topics, prompts, and settings needed to generate, smart-format, or clean content. / 你選擇提交的 AI 請求內容，包括工作紙圖片、PDF 頁面圖片、默書來源文字、課題、提示詞及生成、智能整理或清理所需設定。
- Purchase and subscription status provided by Apple StoreKit and our backend account service. / 由 Apple StoreKit 及我們後端帳戶服務提供的購買及訂閱狀態。
- Promotion redemption and purchase-verification records needed to apply quota safely, such as Apple product and transaction identifiers, redemption outcome, entitlement or quota changes, timestamps, and limited administrative audit status. / 為安全加入額度而需要的推廣兌換及購買驗證紀錄，例如 Apple 產品及交易識別碼、兌換結果、權益或額度變更、時間戳及有限度的管理操作審計狀態。
- Technical and usage information needed to operate and improve the service, such as feature events, request logs, error messages, timestamps, and service health data. / 維持及改善服務所需的技術及使用資料，例如功能事件、請求紀錄、錯誤訊息、時間戳及服務健康狀態。
3. How We Use Information / 資料用途
- To provide core app features, including account login, AI worksheet cleanup, practice generation, document library, PDF export, and purchase entitlement syncing. / 提供核心功能，包括帳戶登入、AI 清理試卷、生成練習、文件庫、PDF 匯出及購買權益同步。
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and diagnose failures. / 維護安全、防止濫用、執行使用限額及診斷故障。
- To process support requests and improve reliability. / 處理支援查詢及改善穩定性。
4. AI and Cloud Processing / AI 及雲端處理
Some features send selected content to our secured relay and AI processing providers. For example, handwriting cleanup may process worksheet images, practice generation may process subject and question settings, and Dict-ie Smart Format may process source text only after you tap that action.
部分功能會將你選擇的內容傳送至受保護的中轉服務及 AI 處理供應商。例如，清理筆跡可能會處理工作紙圖片；生成練習可能會處理科目及題型設定；好默寶只會在你按下「智能整理」後處理來源文字。
Dict-ie speech is generated with Apple voices available on your device. Dictation text is not sent to our AI providers for text-to-speech playback.
好默寶語音由你裝置上可用的 Apple 語音產生；播放默書語音時，默書文字不會傳送至我們的 AI 處理供應商。
Dict-ie range scanning and paper grading use Apple's on-device text recognition. OCR photos are not uploaded. Extracted range text is sent through the secured relay only if you later tap Smart Format. Paper scores are saved only after a parent or teacher reviews and confirms every item.
好默寶的默書範圍掃描及紙本評分使用 Apple 裝置內文字辨識，OCR 相片不會上載。只有當你之後主動按下「智能整理」，擷取出的範圍文字才會經受保護中轉服務處理；紙本分數亦只會在家長或老師逐項審校及確認後儲存。
Please do not upload content that you do not have permission to process, or content containing highly sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your intended use.
請勿上載你無權處理的內容；除非使用目的必要，亦請避免上載包含高度敏感個人資料的內容。
5. Storage and Retention / 儲存及保留
Student profiles, documents, weak areas, practice history, exam plans, and Dict-ie records, including reviewed OCR answers, may be stored locally on your device and separated by signed-in account. Account, plan, quota, transaction, and limited feature-event records may be stored in our backend database for service operation, security, and product reliability.
學生資料、文件、弱項、練習紀錄、考試計劃及好默寶紀錄（包括已審校 OCR 答案）可能按登入帳戶分開儲存在你的裝置上。帳戶、方案、額度、交易及有限度的功能事件紀錄可能儲存在我們的後端資料庫，以維持服務、安全及產品可靠性。
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
我們只會在提供服務、符合法律要求、處理爭議或防止濫用所需期間保留資料。
6. Sharing / 資料分享
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate hosting, authentication, database, AI processing, purchase verification, and support workflows.
我們不會出售個人資料。我們可能會與協助提供託管、登入、資料庫、AI 處理、購買驗證及支援流程的服務供應商分享必要資料。
The optional WhatsApp group is operated through WhatsApp, a third-party service. If you choose to open or join it, WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own terms, and your phone number or profile details may be visible to group administrators or members. We do not receive or verify WhatsApp membership, and group membership is not used as proof of eligibility for quota or promotions.
自願參加的 WhatsApp 群組透過第三方服務 WhatsApp 運作。如你選擇開啟或加入，WhatsApp 及 Meta 會按其條款處理資料，而你的電話號碼或個人資料可能會被群組管理員或成員看到。我們不會接收或核實 WhatsApp 會員名單，亦不會以群組會籍作為額度或推廣資格證明。
7. Your Choices / 你的選擇
- You may choose what images, PDFs, topics, and prompts to submit. / 你可自行選擇提交哪些圖片、PDF、課題及提示詞。
- You may delete locally stored documents from the app where supported. / 你可在 App 支援的地方刪除本機文件。
- Deleting your account in Account Settings permanently removes the server account, documents and learning history stored for that account on the device, and images linked to those stored document records. / 於「帳戶設定」刪除帳戶時，會永久刪除伺服器帳戶、該帳戶儲存於裝置內的文件及學習紀錄，以及仍連結至該等文件紀錄的圖片。
- You may contact us to request account assistance, data access, correction, or deletion support. / 你可聯絡我們要求帳戶協助、查閱、更正或刪除支援。
- You can use Amazing Tutor without joining the optional WhatsApp group. / 即使不加入自願參加的 WhatsApp 群組，你亦可使用好補寶。
8. Children and Students / 兒童及學生
Amazing Tutor is intended to be used by parents, tutors, and students with appropriate supervision. Parents or guardians should review uploaded content and account activity for younger users.
好補寶供家長、導師及學生在適當監督下使用。年幼使用者的上載內容及帳戶活動應由家長或監護人檢視。
