1. Acceptance / 接受條款
By using Amazing Tutor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
使用好補寶即表示你同意本服務條款。如你不同意，請勿使用本 App。
2. Service Description / 服務內容
Amazing Tutor provides tools for document management, handwriting cleanup, practice question generation, PDF export, student profiles, tutor request organization, and related AI-assisted workflows.
好補寶提供文件管理、筆跡清理、練習題生成、PDF 匯出、學生檔案、導師需求整理及相關 AI 輔助流程。
3. Accounts / 帳戶
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it when necessary.
你有責任保管帳戶登入資料，並對帳戶內所有活動負責。你須提供準確資料，並在需要時更新。
Deleting your account in Account Settings permanently removes the server account, documents and learning history stored for that account on the device, and images linked to those stored document records. Some purchase records may remain with Apple according to Apple policies.
於「帳戶設定」刪除帳戶時，會永久刪除伺服器帳戶、該帳戶儲存於裝置內的文件及學習紀錄，以及仍連結至該等文件紀錄的圖片。部分購買紀錄可能會按 Apple 政策保留於 Apple。
4. Subscriptions and Purchases / 訂閱及購買
Paid plans and credit packs are processed through Apple in-app purchases. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes according to Apple’s terms and App Store policies.
付費方案及額度包透過 Apple App 內購買處理。Apple 會按其條款及 App Store 政策處理收費、續期、取消及退款。
Plus provides unlimited practice generation and a weekly paper cleanup page limit. Pro provides unlimited practice generation and unlimited paper cleanup subject to fair use, technical availability, and abuse prevention.
Plus 提供無限生成練習及每週清理頁數限額。Pro 提供無限生成練習及無限清理試卷，但仍受公平使用、技術可用性及防止濫用限制。
5. AI Output / AI 輸出
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular student. You should review all generated questions, answers, explanations, and cleaned documents before using or sharing them.
AI 生成內容可能不準確、不完整，或不適合個別學生。使用或分享前，你應先檢查所有生成題目、答案、解釋及清理後文件。
Amazing Tutor is an educational productivity tool. It is not a substitute for professional educational, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
好補寶是教育生產力工具，不能取代專業教育、法律、醫療、財務或安全建議。
6. User Content / 用戶內容
You retain rights to content you upload or create, subject to any rights held by schools, publishers, authors, or other third parties. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your content to provide the service.
你保留你上載或建立內容的權利，但須受學校、出版社、作者或其他第三方權利限制。你授權我們在提供服務所需範圍內處理你的內容。
You must not upload content that infringes others’ rights, violates law, or contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material.
你不得上載侵犯他人權利、違法、或包含有害、濫用或非法材料的內容。
7. Acceptable Use / 可接受使用
- Do not misuse AI features, bypass quotas, attack the service, or attempt unauthorized access. / 不得濫用 AI 功能、繞過額度、攻擊服務或嘗試未授權存取。
- Do not use the app to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal content. / 不得使用本 App 製作有害、欺詐或非法內容。
- Do not upload sensitive personal data unless necessary and authorized. / 除非必要且已獲授權，請勿上載敏感個人資料。
8. Availability / 服務可用性
We aim to keep the service reliable, but features may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, third-party providers, App Store issues, or force majeure events.
我們會盡力保持服務穩定，但功能可能因維護、網絡問題、第三方供應商、App Store 問題或不可抗力事件而暫停。
9. Termination / 終止
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
如我們合理相信存在濫用、安全風險、法律風險或違反本條款，我們可暫停或終止存取。
